Shipping policy



Domestic shipping

All other orders will be charged a $8 flat rate for standard shipping within the continental U.S.

The $8 shipping rate does not apply to wholesale orders.

We are not shipping internationally at this time.

Shipping time

Please allow 3 business days for our team to prepare your order. Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking number. Your order should arrive within 3-7 business days after fulfillment. We ship all orders via USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Packaging

We use low-waste packaging to protect your ordered items while in transit, including recyclable corrugated boxes, kraft paper padding, paper tape, cellophane tape, and plant-based packing peanuts.

Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives with damage, please email photos of the damage to comeclean@celsious.com and include your order number. We'll use the photos to submit a claim for any products that were damaged while in transit.

If your package has been marked as delivered but you haven't received it, first pull up your order confirmation email and make sure the shipping address you entered at checkout is correct. Next, please check with family members, neighbors or your building's mail room to make sure it was not accidentally picked up by someone else.

If you're still unable to locate the package after three business days, please email us at comeclean@celsious.com and provide your order number. We'll submit a claim for the lost package, which you'll need to verify.

We can only send replacements for damaged, lost or stolen items once online verification is complete.
