Celsious does not provide refunds on laundry services.
Our mission at Celsious is to provide the fastest, most eco-friendly and highest quality laundry services.
Each and every one of you—our customers—is important to us, and so are your clothes. You trust us to handle your valuable items with TLC, which is why we will treat them as if they were our own. We strive to return them to you cleaner, softer and fluffier than they were before.
Unfortunately, it is the nature of the laundry business that certain stains cannot be lifted, and damages or lost items may infrequently occur despite our meticulous sorting, washing and drying efforts.
We exercise utmost care in processing the articles entrusted to us, and use processes that—unless specified expressly by you, our customer—are eco-friendly, gentle on your skin and best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article.
We take all necessary precautions to ensure that your clothes are handled and cleaned properly. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for:
- Lost items
- Color loss
- Damage to weakened and tender fabrics
- Inherent weakness of or defects in materials that were not readily apparent or reported by you prior to processing.
Ultimately, it is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any conditions, cleaning directions given by the manufacturer, and/or special instructions regarding cleaning and/or laundering.
This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to suedes, leathers, silks, satins, double-face fabrics, vinyls, polyurethanes etc. Responsibility also is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, bells and sequins.
