I love Celsious! Their facility is clean and inviting, and the staff is incredibly kind, which can be rare in NYC. I dropped off my laundry in person and had it delivered back to me. The process was super straightforward and easy to set up. While the price is premium, the customer care and smooth experience make it worth it if you value great service. Highly recommend!

Got addicted to this wash-dry-fold service when our laundry machine went out of service. They have so much customization that you can get it just how you like it, and they fold everything so well it saves me room in my closet. Such a great service. Totally scent-free! As someone with extreme sensitivity to scents, this has been really amazing. I've used other laundry services and requested scent-free products but my clothing has always come back smelling like other people's detergents. With Celsious, there have never been any lingering scents at all. Everything just smells clean! So grateful I've found them.

Celsious is by far the best laundromat I've ever been to. I started using the wash dry fold service in 2018 because it was close by and I had a hunch that they would take good care of my designer clothes. Not only was I right, I was also thrilled to learn that their entire laundry system is environmentally friendly! I love fashion and other laundromats have literally ruined my clothes in the past. Celsious knows exactly how to treat my garments so that they return looking great and smelling fresh.

I'm so glad I found Celsious! Their wash/dry/fold service is impeccable. I love the add-ons like vinegar rinse and lavender detergent that are included in the full service. All of my clothes are so neatly folded and bagged for pickup, it makes me so happy to come home and put away my laundry for once. They also offer a discount for first-time customers.

Wow- my washer dryer went out and I needed something quick. I had everything from heavily used workout gear to my sheets. Everything came back pristine. Such a good job, couldn't recommend it enough!

Super easy and awesome service. I don't need a wash AND fold but I do need the wash portion! I was spending hours waiting around my neighborhood laundromat for my clothes to finish in the wash and hoping there was a free dryer when I got back. Celsious allows me to drop off my clothes and come back in two hours to them all back in the bag ready to go home. The best part is if I can't get them that day they hang onto them for me until I'm ready. It's such a time saver and their prices are really fair. Honestly, there are some cases where it's more expensive to pay for the regular laundromat and take cash out to get quarters…so this is really convenient!

I have tried SO many pick up/drop off laundry services in New York City, and Celsious is truly BY FAR the best, most reliable, and MOST CAREFUL with my garments.

One of the trickiest aspects of living in NYC is not always having a washer/dryer in your apartment or building, and one of the trickiest aspects of using a laundry service can be that your clothing gets damaged, or lost. I have not had one issue with Celsious, my clothing is always returned to me clean, carefully folded, and all intact. It may seem simple or obvious, but I have had items lost or damaged so many times that I feel like I can tell Celsious takes extra care by how my clean laundry looks when it gets back to me and it means a great deal. Cannot recommend them enough!!

Very friendly professional service. Result was exactly as promised: clean folded laundry back before the end of the day (actually done earlier than promised). I really liked that their detergent was fragrance free.

OMG they are amazing!!!! I had major surgery and couldn't physically do my laundry. I set up a pickup and drop off time. Can I just say my clothing came back folded like an origami artwork? I don't typically photograph my underwear and send to friends and family but this was frameable!!! My clothes came back fresh and soft. Further, when I called with a question about the delivery the manager called me in 60 seconds flat. Oh and did I mention the handwritten (yes you read that right, handwritten) thank you note that came back with my origami artwork aka my clothing? I am completely floored by the customer service and quality.

Honestly, only place I trust to drop my laundry off. They do such an amazing job with the specific needs of my clothes, longevity of them has surpassed my expectations.

This service goes above and beyond any typical laundry service I've ever used... When my laundry got back I found an envelope attached with a note and $100 that someone from the team found in one of my pockets! This level of honesty and care is exceptional and it makes me happy that there are still people like that in this world. I'm a loyal customer for life. 💗
