How to care for 100% cotton jeans

That amazing feeling you get when putting on a pair of jeans that fit you perfectly is hard to match! If you want your favorite jeans to keep their shape and have a long life, wash them less often and follow our tips below.

๐Ÿ‘– How to wash and dry 100% cotton jeans:

1) Turn the jeans inside out.

2) Zip the zipper all the way up but leave the button unbuttoned.

3) Select cold water and a gentle wash cycle to preserve the beautiful indigo color.

4) Wash with similar colors using a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener.

5) Air dry to preserve the shape or tumble dry on low.

โ˜๐Ÿพ Things to note about drying

Tumble drying with low heat could cause some shrinkage, so if you love the way your jeans currently fit, it might be best for you to air dry them.

Alternatively, you can do a hang dry + tumble dry combo. Once your jeans have dried most of the way on the drying rack, pop them in the dryer and tumble dry them briefly on low heat to soften them up.

๐Ÿ•— Extending wear time

If you want to extend the wear time in between washes, try using a steamer to freshen up your jeans.

While some denim enthusiasts might brag about never washing their jeans, we strongly believe that any item of clothing that's worn often should be washed regularly, even if it's not visibly dirty or doesn't smell. ๐Ÿ˜‰
