Refund policy
We hope that you love every single product as much as we do! If for some reason that's not the case, you may exchange or return items up to 30 days after the ship date.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different color (same item) or another item altogether, please get in touch with our team so that we can evaluate the request. Shipping costs related to this kind of request are the responsibility of the customer.
If an item in your order is defective from the manufacturer, please send an email with your order number so that we can assist you in exchanging for the same item. Shipping costs due to manufacturing defects are not the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original product packaging. We ask this in order to make it possible for someone else to enjoy the product you've changed your mind about, and to minimize waste.
Please send an email to comeclean@celsious.com and provide your order number to initiate a return. Do not send the item back to the manufacturer.
Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We can generate a return label for you (and deduct the cost from your refund) or you can ship the item to 115 North 7th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11249. For items over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost items.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll send an email with a status update. If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned outside of the 30-day window.
It may take between 5-14 business days for your refund to appear on your card statement or balance.
Gifts
To return an item that was purchased for you as a gift, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original packaging. We can issue a gift credit for the value of the item you received, which you can apply to product orders on celsious.com. Please reach out to our team so that we can assist you.
Sale items
We unfortunately can't refund sale items. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
